Some Homework To Get you Started with Your Short Sale


 

Homeowners Pre-Listing Homework

Now that you have decided to "Short Sale" your home, please
understand you have the full support of the Rental Pros AZ Real Estate Team at Valley-Wide Preferred Properties .

You are not alone any longer.

As part of our Rental Pros AZ Real Estate team at VALLEY-WIDE PREFERRED PROPERTIES family, we will be working together to produce a successful "short sale" transaction. In order to process a short sale, the lender(s) require the following information from you, the homeowner. We would greatly appreciate you having all of the documentation and paperwork we will send you organized when we meet together at your first appointment.

 

This is the list of documentation you will be requided to provide:

  1. Last 2 Years of most recent filed Taxes (complete with the W-2 forms)

  2. Last 2 Months of bank statements (for all persons on the loans)

  3. Last 2 Months of Pay Stubs

  4. Last 2 Months of Statements from All Mortgages (1st, 2nd, or Home Equity Lines)

  5. Home Owners Association  (HOA) Statement

 

There are instances where a homeowner will not be able to provide the documents listed above. If you have been unemployed for the past two months, you would not have pay stubs. We have all the documents required when you are unable to provide any of the above items.
